I was touched by your professional concern for the outcome of the dental attention which you gave me on Tuesday last.

I was somewhat apprehensive, as a previous similar operation was bungled in no uncertain manner. Throughout, I was aurally aware of what you were doing, and I appreciate the difficulties involved with a shattered rooth; but I experienced no pain either at the time nor subsequently - discomfort yes; pain no.

48 hours later the lip and gum swellings have subsided and the 'stump hole' is blocked fairly solidly.

As a very experienced patient (!) in dental treatment I would be grateful if you would pass on to your nurse my appreciation of her manipulation of the 'Hoover'. She was without doubt the most efficient operator of this apparatus whom I have encountered so far.

I must admit that all your technical 'gadgetry' was very impressive to me; curiously enough, it seemed to work!

For a full five years I avoided dentists following a very painful treatment whilst thytotoxic.

I required implants and a lower denture plate.

My reason for writing to you, is to say how very pleased I am with the treatment, people find it difficult to believe I wear dentures, it looks so natural.

My treatment was excellent: my status that I was under, was so gentle and explained everything in detail as he dealt with me.

I only had small discomforts, but no pain at all; since my treatment has been completed I have had no problems at all. No one should be concerned about having implants; it is worth considering if suggested to patients. Once again thank you.

Dear Dr Nollau

On 1st October 2008 you performed a bilateral boesch osteotomy on my two painful feet.

I have since made an excellent recovery and am now walking over 9 miles in one go without any undue pain. I hope to walk in a charity walk at the end of May 2009 of 20 miles distance which will raise money for a bowel cancer charity.

I occasionally wear high heels although not that often these days. Last Saturday evening I wore high heels to a dinner dance and had no problems at all. This was a wonderful experience.

I visited my physiotherapist last week for an annual treatment. She had always been very concerned about my feet which in turn affect my back. When she saw my pretty feet she was every impressed indeed and has asked for details of your Foot Institute to pass on to other patients. Needless to say I have had no back problems since your operation.

Thank you so much for turning my life around with your innovative surgery. I lived in dread of never being able to walk freely in the hills and valleys of England with my husband and out two lovely dogs.

I recently had the varicose veins on my left leg treated under local anaesthetic with the new VNUS procedure.

An hour later I walked out of the hospital to go home.

Throughout and after the procedure I was aware of only minimal discomfort and only needed one dose of analgesia.
After twenty four hours I was back to my normal routine and three days following the procedure I went for a five mile walk with my dogs.

If I am unfortunate enough in the future to need the veins on my right leg treated I would certainly request this method of treatment.

I cannot speak highly enough of this dentist, trained in Gothenberg, Sweden, I believe.
For one year past, I have been one of his N.H.S. + Private patients, during which time he has restored my faith in dentists by means of his professional skill, and his gentle, very courteous manner.

In his excellect English, he explains things to a patient like myself; a sensitive, middle-aged lady, who needs a lot of patience, as I have a jaw problem.

Under the British National Health Service Dental system, I had had bi-annual check-ups from infancy in the early 1950's until the early 1990's, when frequent dental changes, and my own poor-health, caused me to completely neglect treatment for six years.

Awareness of some major decay, forced me to nervously seek treatment from Mr. Pourani - and I believe the highest accolade should go to such dentists whom one can trust completely to put one at ease, and do an excellent job

I am glad that Dr. Nollau feels everything is going well and thank you for your tip to keep wearing the small insoles for sports and heavy weight bearing. I am still wearing them during the day and have felt such an improvement lately that I even found myself running across the road yesterday!

I can dance both latin and ballroom now without any problem and I must say that my feet have never felt so soft and free of hard skin which is wonderful.

Before having the operation on both my feet - my daughter photographed me.
It is difficult to realise how hideously deformed they were. To walk by a swimming pool brought shocked glances - and who could blame them!

For the first time on holiday in Italy - nobody for your incredible work on two really terrible feet.
I am walking very well with no pain. I try to wear my insoles as much as possible.

The left foot is perfect - the right one, being so badly deformed, isn't so straight, but when compared to how it was - its marvellous.

I was so lucky to have found you - but I'm sure all women tell you that!

The Tooth Fairy must be on overtime - my tooth just dropped out - A big one, right in the front! My long time dentist had recently retired. Panic!

I avoided mirrors and asked for urgent advice. Shula, my daughter, had seen a new Clinic in Hove's Church Road, Clinic Nine that she'd heard very good reports about. She made an appointment for me.

What an eye opener! Literally! You don't expect crystal chandeliers at the dentists - but it certainly made me feel special, in spite of my embarrassing smile.

I must say I have never had such a thorough investigation. It was very reassuring. Pictures were projected large on the screen in front of me. To my horror I could now actually see the underlying conditions I'd been living with. Nasties that the old fashioned "we'll wait until something hurts" approach hadn't previously tried to deal with.

..... .It's been made in a laboratory- my lovely new tooth - I can't stop smiling. It looks natural, seamless and perfectly matched. It's been permanently fixed, it doesn't have to come out at night, thank heaven! and the whole procedure was completely pain free!

Dr. Pourani told me he'd trained in Sweden, with cutting edge technology and he has the most up to date equipment available. Scientific breakthroughs I'd read about but never thought I'd be able to get in Church Road! And at a reasonable cost!

I am ninety years old now, but could easily pass for thirty years younger - with my new-found confidence and here's my picture to prove it!

If you have any doubts or if you really want to know the truth about your teeth, I can't recommend Clinic Nine warmly enough!

I underwent bunion surgery with Dr Nollau two days ago, and yes it was totally painless, i had local anesthetic and watched the procedure on a screen the side of me as he did it. The care and kindness i recieved was second to none which included a visit from DRnollau the same evening at the hotel i was staying in overnight to check I was ok. I am now walking pain free just two days later {by the way i have had both feet done together} As far as i know the reason we cannot get it done by a surgeon in england is simply because they are not trained to do it.

Dental Implant Treatment

Hi Mehdi...I hope you and your family are well!

Just a quick note, re the above and to say that, I am very pleased with the work 'carried out' and the final results are "stunning" to any ones eyes and the "feel" is also good. It was a short 'bedding in' and settling down period... And in fact, the finished product / shave exceeded my expectations.

I had someapprehensions, of course, embarking on this work, but I was reassured all the way by your self and your team, (can I have royalties on the publications)? ...only joking!...

May I first of all thank you and your staff once again for a memorable morning last Saturday. I cannot praise you all highly enough for your kindness, care and sincerity. I have realized how beneficial local anaesthetic can be as it gives patience the chance to get to know everyone involved in theatre and to appreciate how much work and care is involved.

After the surgery I was concerned that I didn't have the opportunity to say thank you and good by to you, your staff assured me that It was not necessary as you were busy with another patient which I fully appreciate. I could have waited but felt the need to get home and rest as soon as possible

All has been fine since I arrived home, have not needed pain killers every four hours as before, maybe I have the experience now, I cannot tell you how happy I am. I am so looking forward to taking the bandages off Tuesday evening to see the first results.

I hope you enjoyed the concert Saturday evening, I am 100% sure you did as I have been to two similar concerts there, the Albert Hall ;s a special place anyway, and there is no doubt that Mr C1apton is one of the all time greats.

Thanks tor your message on my answer phone last Sunday (2nd) to see if I was OK. I appreciated it. My leg is fine apart from some slight aches and stiffness. which are hardly surprising under the circumstances. I removed bandage etc after four days and am following through on the compression stocking regime: 24hrs for remainder of first two weeks followed by daytime only for further two weeks

Clinic 9 phoned me to check tholl all was and your private secretary has booked me in to see you for a final check in mid June.

My grateful thanks to the team you assembled at Clinic 9. What really impressed me was the team spirit (they obviously enjoyed working together), along with their unobtrusive efficiency and the quiet confidence they imparted. I felt that I was in the hands of a very able team intent on doing their best for me. Much appreciated. You must find it a pleasure to work in that sort of environment.

For many years I had stained teeth from everyday wear and felt particularly conscious of the obvious discolouration between my front teeth in comparison to my canines half way round. I would never want to smile fully in photos as I couldn’t bear seeing how horrid and noticeable this looked.

It got to the point that I needed to do something about it and I plucked up the courage to actually go to the dentist. That is when I came across Clinic Nine and got in touch with Dr Pourani to discuss my options.

On arriving at Clinic Nine, I was made to feel so welcome and relaxed but also found it very professional. Dr Pourani explained the different options that I could go for and what would be best for me after examining my teeth.

The overall process took no longer than 2 hours and during the process he was always checking and making sure I was okay. Throughout the Laser Whitening procedure I felt calm and at ease with very little discomfort and no pain.

Dr Pourani has achieved excellent results with the outstanding Laser whitening process and has transformed my teeth with unbelievable skill. The results still look so natural yet the colour has changed dramatically. My teeth went several shades lighter. I couldn’t be happier.

Dr Pourani has the expertise and professionalism of the highest order. I consider myself very fortunate to have been able to benefit from this. It is obvious that he takes great pride in his work.
