Catheter based Systems which include EVLT® and VNUS® closure fast. These minimally- invasive techniques use thermal energy on the vein without the need for open surgery. They can be performed under local anaesthetic and as an out-patient procedure. These endo-venous techniques have obvious advantages over open surgery and are offered as part of our comprehensive service at Clinic Nine. In some circumstances, Foam sclerotherapy may be offered as a primary treatment or as an adjunct to other treatment options.
